The project management is the process of planning, organization and managing resources to achieve the organizational objective. Project management is very important in production of goods and services. Idea generation to final production of product or service.
The project management activities are mainly divided into three main categories: Planning, Scheduling and Controlling.
1- Planning: including defining project objective and resource planning.
2- Scheduling: including developing guidelines for the project.
3- Controlling: including developing budget and financial control points and measuring of scheduled tasks which are performed.
